Membership Terms and Conditions

*Smoke Detector Batteries - Includes all new smoke detector batteries at membership inception. Batteries will be replaced as needed throughout the year and on the membership anniversary. Dawg House Home Services provides batteries. There is an additional charge for smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector installation.
**Furnace Filters - With a paid membership Dawg House Home Services will replace your furnace filter 4 times a year. Dawg House Home Services provides the filter. Choose between Merv 8 and Merv 11
***Light Bulbs - With a paid membership, Dawg House Home Services will replace your hard to reach or difficult light bulbs. The homeowner purchases the light bulbs and we install them. Light bulb cost is not included in the membership fee.
